The Clippers did this trade to stay 6 million below the the first apron. It benefits the clipper cause eubanks is on 5 million non guarantee contract so the clippers can choose to part ways with him if they need. It helps them win now and allows them to competitive in the offseason as well to add in more depth to this exciting clipper team

Eubanks a huge get for the clippers and only backup center on the team(they just need his defense for 12 mins a game), kai jones is a two way..Clippers had a desperate need to 1. Get rid of jp tucker, 2. get a useful backup center, and 3.get under the lux tax …got everything done while keeping their best trade assets…..bamba was a black hole on defense if you watch any games this year
