The De’Aaron Fox Trade Just Got Leaked…
De’Aaron Fox wants out of Sacramento and the Kings are exploring trade talks with multiple teams… but reporting suggests that he has one specific team in mind ahead of the 2025 NBA trade deadline.
I have gone through a bunch of trades in a different video but all of the reporting seems to suggest one team is at the top of Fox’s wish list – and it is the San Antonio Spurs to play alongside Victor Wembanyama.

At this point, if I'm Houston, I'd be more interested in trading expiring and one first for DeRozan than trading any young talent for Fox.

@sporting logically if fox goes to spurs, they are gonna ask for spurs 2025 pick and the hawks 2025 pick, and the hornets 2025 pick that wont convert and turns into two 2nds. with vassel and castle.
they are not gonna take harrison barnes and chris paul unless the spurs are giving 2 unprotected spurs picks including the 2025 pick and the two unprotected hawks picks.
they can probably get a filler deal from nets with 3 unprotected nets picks
they wont take trash and hawks picks that will be mid because they wont tank if someone has their pick. the spurs hornets and bulls 1st rounders are not first rounders, but two 2nds each so they have less value.
Barnes cannot be traded to The Kings

Not super sure i love this. Kinda like the idea of letting castle grow but to be fair wemby kinda ready to go now. And fox is a constant rim threat with his drives demanding help opening up so much for wemby.

As a Kings fan, I wouldn’t want to trade Fox without Castle and Vassal. If I’m going to be the team that passed on Luka, Traded Hali, and traded Fox to Wemby, I’m getting Castle, Vessel and picks. I’d rather trade Fox to the Rockets or Miami for a lesser package. No way I’m getting only getting 80 cents on the dollar from Wemby. I’d rather get 75cents else where and not be the team that gave Wemby a top 10 PG.
If I’m Sacromento, there is no way I move Fox without Castle. Otherwise, they may as well wait until the offseason and trade with Houston with way better assets. Can’t imagine Fox wouldn’t want to play for his hometown.
