Dallas won this trade in the short term, because the Mavs can win the championship in the next two years. The Lakers won the trade in the long term, because they now have a star to replace LeBron, when he retires or requests a trade. The Lakers are good. for the next ten years as long as Luka starts to take his being in shape more serious. Skip no need to feel bad for LeBron this trade makes it more possible for him to go to the Warriors where he could win another ring. Lakers' future is set, LeBron could win a ring with Steph or Dallas could win with AD paired with Kyrie. If this scenario happens people will once again say the NBA is Fantastic!!! Also, the ratings will improve greatly.. I love this trade, because it opens up so many possibilities and new storylines.
