Doncic is a great offensive player. But as everyone knows, he's ball dominant and i don't think it will make a dam nit of difference. And can we just say he's 26, which he will be in 3 weeks. He couldn't win with Zinger and Brunson.
My main issue w the āflip the switchā narrative is 1. I dont believe u flip the switch on shooting, which we just have been mediocre at for a while, and 2. I believe players who are the most competitive athletes out there would have more pride than to go .500 for nearly 2 months. Sure it may mot matter and getting there is the goal, but theres no way u can make me believe that these athletes are so tapped out that they dont have any pride to win and be better than their competitors, especiallg when cleveland and new york have looked dangerous in the east
