I dont want to trade ingram . I think all star talent is really hard to find and bring to nola . Allstar caliber nba players doesnt see a low market pelicans team intriguing . Even if David G trades ingram can we make a deal where we can get the same or close to what brandon ingram puts out ?
I would like to keep this roster that we have that took years to build. Lets get a deal done and keep Ingram, and trade away our good role player talents like hawkins, green, jose missi, reeves, karlo , teis for 2nd round picks and (cap space) so we can bring back Ingram . And Hope for a really good top 5 draft pick . And see how things look for the 2026 season. Pels nation lets relax on the trade talks and be patient because we have the talent right now . Doncic is a generational talent, yes. Unreal offensive skills. Not exactly a defensive juggernaut. And he is not multiples of Zion. Also Doncic is basically smug, and Zion is basically a beast. Can't overlook the injuries, but…discounting them for a moment… if you swap out the coaches…give Doncic Willie "Einstein" Green and give Zion Jason Kidd…you would get a constantly pouting 27-8-8 Doncic and a .500 team , and a 30-10-10 Zion NBA champion Mavericks.

I believe that NBA players and the owners make too much money. If they would make less, more fans can afford to go to the games. Players should not make more than 24 million a year.
Blow the team up for what?!!! The Mavs were in the finals last year. They traded one all NBA player for another. They still have two all NBA players on their team. They still are title contenders. Probably more favorable odds to win it all. Blowing up our team only guarantees that we will not win many games going forward. We show stay the course, tank now, build around Zion, trade BI and get better coaching. We are not the Mavs!!! At no point should we follow their lead. It would be foolish to trade a talent like Zion before putting the right pieces around him.
