I don't think they'll make a trade like that. The only thing I can see kuzma helping us with is he can play pf, he's taller, younger, more athletic, and is a better rebounder. Besides that it's not much of an upside. I think Bucks will get a center, or I have a sneaky idea that Ingram is a Buck
Trade Khris for Poole and Brook for Kuz it would take to different trades with Washington getting younger then trades Pat for Mo Bamba getting under the 2nd apron

The wins against ORL (and others) were weak because Franz was out and we only beat them by 5 in December with BOTH of their stars out and Bobby having a rare good night (he's the weak link, the personal reasons being that he's devastated that a trade has already been worked out and he can't bear to play).
Terrible takes on the JV game last night as well. Dairy Bird is looking like the poor man's Duncan Robinson, and DR ain't great. TP has been a better wing defender than AJAX and can shoot and sometimes even score and create (your complaints about AJAX are valid, but he shifts the floor more than you believe, much like Gianns, and additionally has the recovery ability to make pin down blocks from behind, a RARE NBA trait). He was also playing C and WAY out of the 3 positions he can guard easily. Livingston was nervous and has a better stroke than he's displayed, and was the best looking (along with Marjon being the steadiest) of the JV. Rollins is steadily proving that he really doesn't deserve to have that contract made official, despite apparent good numbers. Johnson could be the future. Smith was nervous and missed a lot of very clean looks early, but clearly isn't ready to replace Bobby yet.
Kuzma has missed a lot of time and has been playing hurt most of the season. He's healthier than he has been all season and his last two games have been better than KM has been in consecutive games since 2022. Of course he's worth a pick, as KM is going to further deteriorate–see: Paul George–and Kuzma has time left on his contract MUCH cheaper.
We do still need a big, but the loss prior to the JV game was about NOT MAKING SHOTS. Kuzma is a shot maker and it IS DIRE. Because it's about keeping Giannis here beyond when KM's contract expires.
We could get a better defensive big than Bobby from the buy out market, to be honest, but getting under the cap is important.

That's actually a MUCH better starting unit going forward–and you were also wrong about AJ starting over TP–and pushes some players who could start to the bench, where they will be more effective. Williams could even start so that a hot run by Dame/Giannis/Kuzma could result in huge first quarter leads. Lopez is less vulnerable from the bench against 2nd unit players.
Dame/Giannis/Kuzma/AJAX/Williams would be one of the best line ups of the Giannis era.
