  1. Shaq "Dallas got the better of the trade?" How do you figure? Balsa wood Davis isn't nearly the player as Doncic and he won't get any better. Luka is only 25 and with his game could play at a high level for longer. Is a better passer, shooter, better IQ. AD is a better defender and shot blocker. But is injured too often.

  2. "They get to do what they want, why can't we as players get to do what we want?" Because as you rightly said, this is the "business" of basketball and hence "they" are the employers and the "players" are the employees. And employees get PAID by the employers. Hence, they get to do what they want and players must follow. Period.

  3. 2:05 Shaq still on this narrative and not understanding the public's issue with Jimmy. Obviously players are to look out for themselves and put themselves number 1. Players are 100% entitled to be frustrated with a franchise and want to move teams, but Mrs.Diva Butler and a lot of these other up and coming nba players seem to overvalue themselves and think that they are entitled to special privileges. You earn $50M and you can't be a professional that shows up to practice, not miss team flights and at least put in the effort every game until you get traded? Honestly it's understandable though Shaq always had this mentality too which is why guys like Kobe couldn't stand his attitude.

  4. What I don't understand is the Mavericks haste? You've shrank your Championship window form ~12 years down to 2-3 years. Even if you DO WIN this year or next, you're going to have to watch your home grown phenom win MULTIPLE championships over the next decade in the same conference. The Luka Lakers ARE going to get their "get back" for the next decade while the mavs fade into obscurity after AD and company are done.

  5. Shaq also told Jokic to his face that he thought he shouldnt have won the MVP on live television…

  6. Fans donโ€™t seem to understand what this moment means. The Mavs just cost Luka over $100m, heโ€™d just bought a home and they traded him to a place with the highest income tax even losing him more money. If they think this will get players in line theyโ€™ve got another thing coming. Theyโ€™re killing whatever little loyalty some fans had to organisations. If a team can do this with no communication beat believe more superstars will want no trade clauses and theyโ€™ll all be wanting to take the most money, goodbye to pay cuts to improve the team. If NBA owners think this is a good thing, theyโ€™ve got another thing coming. Wait and see what Kyrie will demand from the Mavs when this season comes to an end๐Ÿ˜‚โ€ฆtheyโ€™re screwed.

  7. If Durant go to the Mavericks he better ๐Ÿ‘€ his enslaved X BF cuz he will set Durant up

If Durant go to the warriors Durant better be ready to fight Green back

  8. If organisations can trade players. Players can ask for trades. I donโ€™t get what upsets fans about this. These are the exact same fans who at work when they arenโ€™t happy with their employers resign to go seek greener pastures elsewhere but when the shoe is on the other foot they assume players are somehow different, they have to be satisfied with whatever their employer demands of them. Youโ€™re all just employees after all.
