Give it a year tops the spurs will be in the same light of the OKC Thunder . Very young great team that has assets to make a move whenever but has generational talent in Wemby to Shai and Explosive second man of Fox to Chet or Jalen Williams
Surround Wemby and Fox with shooters. Vassell, Barnes, and Champagnie should be on the floor and drafting and free agency should concentrate on getting 3 and D players to compliment them.
Unless the Atlanta pick becomes #1, then draft Flagg.

I'm not sold on this trade, because both stars operate most efficiently in the paint and neither are great passers. Neither are considered great 3 point shooters and the Spurs are not considered a good 3 point shooting team. So defenses in general can guard both by dropping back and packing the paint.
Its not enough still need a shooting foward, pf & mobile center to even be in the playoffs

Fox is an amazing pick for the Spurs. As a big Spurs fan they still struggle in close games, so Fox gives them clutch shooting and experience
I think CP3 was consulted on this trade and he agree. Otherwise he would be on that trade list not necessarily to bulls or kings but other championship potential teams. CP3's exit to spurs is hasten because of this trade. I will be happy for him to go to a championship bound team he deserve it thinks sir Paul.
