I would like to see the Mavs start running a lot of pick and roll plays with Kyrie lobbing it to Davis for the alley-oop dunk. And also the high screen and roll from Davis with Kyrie taking the jump shots. The could be the bread and butter for the team.

That Pelinka-Luka press confeence was awkward. Pelinka basically saying "we been knew we were trying ro do this & kept rhe players affected in the dark" & Luka like "I had no clue, I was thinking loyalty etc.". Diabolical
He’ll probably get booed relentlessly and it’s not even his fault. The Mavs could be really good this season and next. If I was a fan I would be distraught. My Wizards have made horrible decisions over and over for the better part of 3 decades and they wouldn’t have made this trade. You hold on to superstars.
Loyalty is just a blank word in this business.
There is absolutely no reason for either player or the teams to be loyal. Make your millions, brainwash fans, use loyalty when it suits you, go home.
