  1. Deferring responsibility, hiding from questions until the moment is well past, drastically underperforming in one’s role… Kings fans deserve much better team leadership than these cowards Monte & Wes.

  2. Dude is making some decent moves based on circumstances.
You lost Fox who chose not to sign but got 24ppg back in Lavine . Still need to help Domas in the paint 10-15 minutes a game.
Trying to get lemonade made before his time runs out.

  3. Monte is the best gm we've had in a long time, but hes bungled this situation and not gotten out in front of it.

  4. Shout out to the hard typing journalist/reporter! I see (hear) you trying to make less noise on your keyboard! Thanks

  5. 10:10 he did NOT answer the question. And this is the dishonesty within the front office AS WELL AS the Kings fanbase, blaming DeAaron Fox SINGULARLY for why we haven't been as good of a team as we THOUGHT we were supposed to become.

  6. Honesty, I’m done with this guy. Dodging questions and lack of concern for filling holes that have been on this roster for over 2 seasons.

  7. Media did excellent job forcing him to answer questions he ducked since Mike brown firing. Feels like he know he out the door and we’re all disappointed with the direction him amd management has taken over the years with a few exceptions

  8. This dude needs to go in deeper on talking about adding some length and assure us he's in actively searching for, and is going to bring in some size and defense. Didn't sound too confident.

  9. This is the most uncomfortable I’ve seen Monte. Yall need to chill though. He isn’t a a perfect GM but one of the best the kings has ever had. I still think ownership is still to taking somewhat control.

  10. Motherfuckers blaming Fox for firing Brown. Glad he’s up out of there and with a better franchise that’s not gonna waste his talents

  11. I support Monte and Vivek! They played the cards very well. Considering what hand they were dealt! At the end of the day it’s a business and we appreciate the BOSS moves👍💯

  12. Monte: Yeh, so we've been really successful, and have had a winning team over the past few years, and our team is really talented.

Media: So why did you fire Mike, and trade De'Aaron?

Monte: Yeh, so we've been really struggling, and I don't like the direction we we're going in, and I'm disappointed in the team's performance so far this year.

The lack of transparency, and contradictions is extremely frustrating. No real answers, and am just more annoyed than anything now.

  13. In Monte we trust! He got us here and he’s going to take us to the next level. Sac was in a terrible place after Vlade.

  14. McNair better get us to the playoffs with these crazy decisions or else us as kings fans need to call for a front office and ownership change

  15. I agree with a lot of people that the way they handled firing Mike Brown was extremely unprofessional, but if you assess Monte solely on his performance as a gm he’s doing a good job considering where they were before Monte. And just because Monte hasn’t mortgaged the future of the team to get some size and athleticism this season or last, I don’t think that means he’s doing a bad job either.
