Kd will ruin the young cores chemistry. They already have two good veteran leaders on their team in fred and dillion. Kd is an all-time great scorer in this league but has never been a team leader in his career which will only hurt the rockets down the line when it comes to playoffs but only real rockets fans will understand that 🤣🚀

If the Suns will take salary matches and picks, plus Jabari then I'd do that if I'm the Rockets. However, if the ask starts to snowball into "Well, we want Whitmore….oh, and Tari Eason….and throw in that Sheppard kid who you guys aren't playing now anyway while you're at it" then Stone would be an idiot to trade for a 36-year old with a torn achilles in his injury history that — realistically — you'll get maybe 3 good years out of…and you'll never get those assets back, so Houston had better win a chip or two during KD's tenure otherwise the question would be "Why not parlay the Suns valuable picks and some of your young players for another star when the opportunity arises?" The fact that you didn't mention the possibility of Rockets obtaining Booker instead of KD is sus. Booker fits the timeline much better and Houston needs a competent guard much more than another wing. Suns shopping KD to Houston so they can later get more when they shop Booker. You got connections to the Phoenix front office?
