  2. I honestly don't know what this team is doing. They have been playing better of late, but still have clear weaknesses that are gonna come back to bite them in the ass in the playoffs. The rebounding is horrible. The roster is clearly imbalanced and needs a consolidation.

Our best player is 32 years old and I have no idea why they aren't trying to improve the team heading into the playoffs. They are acting as if they have a young team, but I think they are delusional of they actually believe that. Outside of Siakam, our talent is very mid. Without him, we are a play-in team, maybe.

  3. How about this???

    Utah – Mathurin
    IND – Kessler

    BRK – Hachimura + LAL #1 + 2 RD 2 IND
    IND – Johnson
    LAL – Turner

  4. gotta be curious about the Nets, The Heat, the Grizz, The Jazz and the TWolves after we stand pat and before the cap hit in June/July? I cant rememeber off the top. hell, Mo Bamba was just waived, I'd take that flier. This deadline has been so incredible on so many levels, this has deeper implications on the CBA of course, but the TV deal and expansion of the cap (not to mention expansion of the league) is going to lead to some crazy manuvering, maybe from now on; standardized for the next generation. 1 to 15 is iincreasing in talent pool for forseeable future and while there are still going to be hyped potential and prospective; the depth of whether you were drafted because you had the right PR vs or Not drafted and the league developing an MLB style farm system that finds and cultivates the best of the best, and grows the secondary "minor league". Ya'll should do an end of year speculation similar to this deadline energy; its very exciting times!

  5. We need a new owner, I'm tired of the cheap no tax bs. We will never win anything with this approach. Why they can't at least get Day'Ron Sharpe is beyond me.

  6. Do not trade mauthrin he is going to be a awesome player , we got a lot of offensive power we need defense,we get a solid rebounder with Myles where Siakim can play SF they will be a deep team . A real power forward we can be back in the western conference finals

  7. KP only does trades when he's fleecing someone else, so we should have full confidence in him. Pacers are a top 5 org in terms of moves. I mean, they rebuilt us into a contender in like 3 years time without a single top 5 pick, with Sabonis as our only valuable trade piece.

In terms of moves, I could see doing Obi for an expiring if they want to just re-sign Turner and stay under the tax next year. Kick the can down the road 1 more season on the Mathurin decision.

  8. Ugh..once again, PACERS NEWS is irrelevant. We are stuck in small market mediocrity. I still love the fight this team has put in the past 25 game stretch. Always over-performing considering the ownership team is cheap and will never spend money. PACERS only move will be to shed money not to go for it ever.

  9. New Orleans wouldn't take Wiseman's contract back for Theis because they had to shed salary, but I wonder if OKC would.
