  1. Fwiw, Cody Martin is a good ballhandler and distributer and defender. Suns will love his hustle and effort and he will surprise you. Good locker room leader so please give him a chance.

  2. What humble pie the owner must be eating—— additionally, I wonder if the GM will be scapegoated for the situation.

  3. You don’t bring in Bradley Beal when u already had booker that plays the same position the front office sucks at building a roster

  4. All they can do now is go back to last year starting line up and move t jones to the bench if they we are going out like this they better go out with the big 3 Starting that’s all we have

  5. How long do you think it'll be before we even have a chance to be relevant again? 5 Years? 10? It's so heart breaking watching the old national talk pieces from when the Suns were up 2-0 in the final, everyone talking about how this was the start of a dynasty that could last at least a decade if not multiple, and yet it didn't even last to the next game… And unlike most teams who have to start over, we're basically stuck in limbo with no picks where difference makers will be available, and no young talent to build around. And lets not forget how we're literally going to waste all of Bookers prime…

  6. Ben is in so much denial. A lot of people thought the Beal trade was bad in the moment. You can say you had a bad take that aged even worse. Secondly, giving away a first for an injured Cody Martin is such a dumb move. Jones is not doing a good job. Just because your owner wants to win doesn’t make him a good owner.

  7. James Jones failed. We were a championship contender a few years ago now we're a joke. James Jones never addressed the real issue we had until it was too late(cp3). He traded or young wings and a boat load of picks for KD it was a bad trade. Then you get rid of Paul for beal who pays the same position s your corner stone. We should've gotten a point guard instead of Durant and beal now we're a dumpster fire. It's time to move on from james Jones

  8. An aggressive move now would be to move on from Booker and Durant this offseason instead of middling for the next 5 years. No one retools being a mid team, have the guts to rebuild.

  9. The Ayton-for-Nurkic trade was, in a way, even worse than the Beal trade. At center and point guard, the Suns just keep cycling through worse and worse decisions. And the trade was part of Portland’s Dame deal! If you wanted to overpay another offense-first player, why not just Dame?

  10. James Jones is the Stupidest GM in the entire NBA. He was a bench player when he was still playing. How can you trust him to construct your roster? Zero basketball IQ. Suns need ATHLETIC wings!!

  11. There’s nothing more toxic than Suns reporting when they change management they need to change reporters…Ben is a bratt that doesn’t know basketball just a bunch of arrogant takes… this guy is full of himself

  12. Benji who “covers the NBA” not knowing who Cody Martin is… so Benji. That guy rarely knows what he’s talking about. 😂😂😂 God Bless

  13. Here is the reporting that B & B should have done on Cody:

Coming out of college Cody was considered the “better Martin”. Hornets got both brothers, but then cut Caleb who then was picked up by the Heat.

The Heat only got Caleb because J. Cole asked Caron Butler (Heat assistant coach) to give Caleb a workout.

All that being said, Cody, the Hornets player, is a solid two-way player. He is a slightly smaller, older, Ryan Dunn
