Essentially the Mavs gave up on a 25 year old who could possibly play for another 10 years for injury prone AD who knock on wood could potentially give them 3 good years the most. The key to this trade for the Mavs is Max Christie if he can become a star or close to one ceiling being Tyrese Maxey and they win if only 1 title then the trade wasn't as bad as people first thought. It's VITAL they get a title tho hopefully AD can come back from his injury. I think he was extremely amped for this game and over did himself a bit but the team looks solid like they don't miss Luka yet. Kyrie and Klay are champions as well as AD and they all have hit clutch shots in their careers before so if the game is on the line they'll have a ton of options. 😊
