Kenyon REACTS To KJ Martin’s TRADE
Kenyon Martin reacts to the Philadelphia 76ers trading his son KJ Martin to the Detroit Pistons. He is just hoping that KJ can go out there and play basketball. Hoop for himself and win games to develop himself. The situations he has been in with each team, the Houston Rockets, and Philadelphia 76ers have always been in trouble with James Harden and Joel Embiid. This is a real inside-the-NBA moment that shows a vulnerable dad watching his son navigate the league and NBA trade deadline news.

This was a blessing in disguise
They trade these young men who work their butts off like playing cards
One of the best aspects of this podcast is seeing the non entertainer side of Nick Young, seems like a good dude
Overseas player ‼️
Detroit is a good team, he could elevate them
Gil has the right outlook, I hope he gets to shine in the D
He's a quality role player they often get moved around the league as accent pieces to major trades but they also end up on a few good to great teams over the course of their careers and a lot of them end up with a ring or two for their trouble.
Is because KJ is not that good compared to everyone else
Please keep an eye on KJ Martin Miami Heat!!!…He's the modern day PJ Brown 🔥🔥🔥
My Nephew Jermain Tate and KJ played together in college. Then both of their Sons
ended up with the Rockets
well KM KMJR IS NO BRONNY!
EVERY trade has had EVERYTHING to do with him. You think they would be trading LeBron James or KD like that? No. Why? Because they are too good. KJ is just not like that.
Kmart jr garbage and his booty stank
If he wants to just play. The piss poor Pistons is the place to just go hoop. Nobody expects shit from them.
Bruh its a business… stop it
Let’s get it KJ!!!
It's Business..
NBA is really tough no doubt that Kenyon son is a good player is just the level of players that are in the NBA is better than him
He can Develop in Detroit too. Don't look to Coaching for help. He was traded because 76ers are now tanking to get below pick 6 protections and this puts them under the luxury tax in a bad year. KJ is actually playing really good 🏀. 38-39% 3pt. Kid flies, cuts, attacks. Plays Great D. Just, keep developing kid Detroit will likely trade him to a winner for a 1st. Tho, if you look at the 2nds they took, Detroit must like bro alot. Balloon 🎈 deals are getting young kids paid, Philly hoped to trade his contact when they gave it to him, but they also hurt the kids development. That 8mil per, you gotta hire yourself a serious trainer.
💩 Part is Balloon 🎈 deal, 8mil per isn't gonna fit on a 🏆 team. 76ers did this to trade the kid smh. So now he's in Detroit. Gotta play his way out of there or, be a part of building their new Era. Become T Prince or Rip ya know. Get a bigger deal and stay in Detroit. They got alot of $$$.
A great dad. A genuine friend. & that friend that will lift you up. More than basketball. Let them hoop!
Welcome to the Jazz Nation!! Let's go!!!
Why is KJ not in the Dunk competition? 🤷
Love this moment for the guys cause it shows how close they are and how much they actually value their friendships behind closed doors
Would take KJ on the Bulls any day
As a Sixers fan…my apologies for Josh Harris n Darryl Morey and his foolishness. We should have kept KJ in Philly. We need him. And his contract was non guaranteed. We sent him away for nothing. Shyt was stoopid on our part. He young and athletic and a good piece. We loved him here!
Nick a real one.
Dennis Schroeder got traded like 3 times this year . The players union needs to put a cap on how many times you can be traded in a year . I get it’s a business but these are still human beings with families.
🙏🏽 Best of luck to KJ
The business is part of the game. I get it Dad.
Fella is gonna ball no matter where he goes.
Great moment between the cast but the reality is dude shits that’s why he not playing but hopefully he get some run in Detroit a lot of dudes that were written off have been playing well there
He getting traded every year 😂 says it all. He can’t hoop. Just another thug 😂
Should he be in the nba like bronny lol
