Since trading for Zach Lavine, the Kings have not been playing well… it is obviously still early but there are concerning signs for the Kings in the post De’Aaron Fox era.

Zach is trash period. For every three he splashes he make like 5 dumb decisions on the court facts ive watched him on the bulls for years.
Zachs skill set is actually quite remarkable. Hes one of the best tuff shot making perimeter players ever while also having maybe the worst basketball mind ive ever had the pleasure of watching. Hes gonna drive that kings tank.

Saying “Keon is the only guy who defends” right after talking bout Keegan and not giving him any flowers for his defense is crazy. Keegan is Sac’s best defender by far and takes the #1 matchup every game
I’d say the major problem(as a die hard kings fan who watched every game) is that the same problems are here after the trade. The trade did not solve any problems because length and defense is still the obvious issue. Every team Sac plays they shoot such a high 3% because of the lack of wing defense

I don’t think you want to trade Keegan… I think you need Keegan and another guy like Keegan. Another SF/PF who can guard the perimeter and bash a little bit. Keegan’s on ball defense is awesome, but when he’s guarding a guard one of the guards has to guard a big. It’s a matchup nightmare because you’re trying to pretend that Derozan or LaVine is a SF and can matchup against a Naz Reid or Franz Wagner while Keegan guards Banchero or Ant… it doesn’t work.
They just haven't been able to connect we literally got 2 players(Lavine/Valanciunas) on game day. No time to practice or connect with the team. Once they find it though, they'll be a good team

To the Kings fans who think it's unfair to judge the DeMar and Zach pairing off of 2 games… It won't get better. This was what my Chicago Bulls went through the last few years. They're two iso guys who NEED a pass-first point guard to set the table for them. Without a point who can take the ball handling duties off of them, they're just black holes who have the ability to disrupt their teammate's rhythm. Welcome to mediocrity guys! 😂

SACs unwillingness to do a full rebuild is their biggest issue. Vessel or castle with someone like sochan should have been a non negotiable in the deal and they should of wanted no part of Lavine.

I think Lavine will be good as point guard/ Shooting guard combo guard because he can pass than derozen. Plus he is as dangerous as derozen in scoring so I think its best make him the point wih the license to score
