  1. Porter tightened up against the Wolves. Murray had bad games too. Aaron Gordon was probably their second best option in that series. Realistically, this is a team that should run through Jokic the majority of the time. Everyone else just needs to be ready when the ball comes to them.

  2. Matt’s not focusing on the detail he conceded at the end because he was too focused on his counter point being understood. Ryan said they’re 2/8 against playoff teams and detailed SPECIFICALLY that he wanted to see them compete better against such teams after the all star break. Otherwise, they’ll end up with a catastrophic win percentage against elite level teams. You either agree with this or you don’t but it seems totally illogical to think this rocky squad doesn’t need at least one solid stretch of basketball against playoff level teams, regular season or not. They literally haven’t demonstrated it yet, so all of the talk about regular season context and that you can’t guarantee the other team is playing as hard is sort of irrelevant. Post all star break there will be a lot of competent teams fighting for seeding. At least a couple of those games will be competitive and it is worthwhile to see some championship level output and results given we haven’t really seen it this season yet against the good teams. They either get that winning percentage against good teams up to .500 or it completely tanks and that’s not going to bode well. The core hasn’t perfectly clicked yet and some strong wins will point in the direction that they’re starting to roll on all fronts.

  3. Christian Braun is going to be taking the title for 2nd best Nugget's player in the next couple seasons if his trajectory continues.

  4. Murrey is selfish… I don't like the way he plays, Porter is a little bit better, less solo plays.
Porter is more reliable, because of size, but…
