  1. I learnt so much about the game of basketball from this man. Sometimes more in a couple of broadcasts than my actual coaches! I will miss him.

  2. If there's a lost of commentary GOATS in all of sports he definitely had to be on this list he knows his stuff

  3. extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to listen to him throughout the year!!! Thank you Hube 🙂

  4. NOt sure why. Did they ever listen to his last dozen Bucks games? He was openly cheerleading against them while rooting for their opponent.

  5. I saw his Kentucky Colonels teams. As a Pavers fan I really hated them but I respected them more.

  6. Hubie, I wish you the very best. You have been part of my basketball life for over 40 years, and your intelligence, passion, and precision have all been outstanding over all these years. Be well in your deserved retirement.

  7. Milwaukee was blessed to have Hubie’s final game here. One of the best that will be missed. Best wishes Hubie!

  8. 1989-1992 George Blaha and Hubie Brown! Now that was insane broadcasting for those who’s old enough to know.

  9. I would be even more of a casual fan without Hubie Brown. He truly is a teacher and has given so much to so many people that he never even met like myself. Just hearing his voice made me want to listen to his wisdom because you knew it was a constant flow of basketball genius. Thank you, Hubie.

  10. Hubie Brown has been a staple of excellence in NBA broadcasting since he started and really teached and educated the NBA fans on the game and players no matter what era of the they played in and has called some of most memorable games ever played. I'm sad to you retire but thank you for all of the memories. God bless you and enjoy your retirement. Coach Brown

  11. Yes I felt that this way and so will the rest of the world too. We might not know when we leave this world but this felt like a good bye rather than a retirement
