The trade deadline passed, and many moves for the stars happened in the West. The Nuggets stayed pat, determined to rely on Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr., Russell Westbrook, Christian Braun, and Aaron Gordon for the upcoming playoffs.
They are on a six-win streak, getting comfortable at the 3-seed in the West.

Who vote last year for Jokic and don't vote for him this year when he is better? Vote fatigue is fake narrative in Jokic case this year if you use your brain.
Only disagreement, it’s perfectly fair. 😂😂😂😂. As a lifelong Nuggets fan, if Jokic wakes up tomorrow w/ a 36” vertical we deserve it. It was a tough love affair from 03-2016.
Russ as the 6th man is better, he hasn’t looked as good against starters. I also dislike Jamal+Russ minutes even though I think the numbers have looked good. Jamal just refuses to move off ball. It could theoretically work if he would be more of a catch and shoot guy when Russ is in

After seeing all the trades im glad we didn't end up making any. See what the conference looks like after the dust settles and build towards whatever new challenges present themselves. Plus the team is playing well and this core deserves one more shot to prove we weren't a fluke. We have as much of a shot at a title this year as anyone. They have been coasting most of the season unfortunately. The guys just need to survive the regular season and get rolling in the playoffs. Go Nuggs!
Just a little upset that the Nuggets didn't left an roster spot for potential buyout candidates, Cancer has been useless so far
The other reason Jokic may not get mvp is because he doesnt hunt stats. SGA is playing 4th quaters in blowouts so he can get his 40 or 50 pt games
All there doing if they give the MVP to SGA is water down the award.. and just call it what it would be and thats the best player on the best team award.
