If we win the lottery I seriously think Masai will trade down. Someone else can take cooper. Masai will gather a bunch of assets and still get an awesome player at 4:5 pick.
We could probably get multiple future firsts just to move back a few slots. I think Masai has the balls to make a move like this. Most gm’s and presidents do not. I think the Masai guys are Edgecome, khaman maluach, but darko is in love with jak. 6’6 PG can do a bit of everything and he’s euro

I'm interested in the Danny Wolf kid and Collin Murray Boyles, Wolf being freaky smooth for a 7 footer and CMB being maybe the most aggressive paint defender when it come to standing up drivers. The top guards are all fine to me but I question if anyone can be better as a prospect than year 2 Walton by and what significance. You can see Edgecomb being a vertical threat but otherwise you see alot of guys who have similar roles of being lead initiator of the halfcourt as a guard but you don't see a pg that's going to be a special defender because of a trait like blocks or deflection or taking charges. I see alot of people that just accept watching plays on the defensive end

Kas is one of my fave prospects in the draft and now that we traded for BI, he's someone I'd pck up as well
Imagine you go to the grocery store you but $100 worth of apples and nothing else. Thats what this is to me. Same menu every day. Raptors can't spend on guards after guards and PG after Pg.
Eventually they have to draft a top Bigman.
Scottie is already confused about PG we do need any more turnovers and traffic.
In Boxing it is said a good Bigman beats a good small man any day. we will go with the good Bigman with no turnover Asa Newell or Duke player
At 5th pick you better draft for need especially if you never draft a PF since Bosh. You cannot draft big in the 50s and continue to make that a decade worth of choices at the guard position.
I've watched a lot of Illinois and love Kasparas and Ivisic, how about getting both if Raps get 5th and 39th picks.
Jakob+Valanciunas lol might be solid player but i wouldn't pick him if i had a choice. I like Edgecombe and u should check out khaman maluach
Kasparas reminds me of a bigger Goran Dragic that's a great player with all star potential.
