Luka Dončić makes his debut with the Los Angeles Lakers at home against the Utah Jazz. Dončić finished the game with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in just under 24 minutes of play. The Lakers defeated the Jazz, 132-113 tonight in Los Angeles. LeBron James contributed a team-high 24 points to go with 8 assists 7 rebounds and 3 three pointers, with Austin Reaves of the Lakers adding an additional 22 points (6-10 FG, 3-5 3P), 9 rebounds, and 4 assists in the game. Lauri Markkanen finished with a team-high 17 points along with 3 rebounds for the Jazz in the losing effort. The Lakers improve their record to 32-19 with the win, while the Jazz fall to 12-40 for the season. The teams will meet again in their next game on Wednesday, 2/12/2025, when the Jazz host the Lakers (9:00 PM ET, KJZZ/Spectrum SportsNet).
