  1. 3 years $120 million is reasonable cuz of his injury concerns. If he plays really good while staying healthy Raps could offer him a bigger 5 year contract

  2. Will they keep there most expensive players

    Barns
    Ingram
    Barrett.
    Quickly
    Poeltl

The rest of roster is inexpensive

    Dick
    Walter
    Agbaji
    Shead
    Mogbo
    Battle
    First round pick 2025

  3. Some more great content from Ben …enthusiasm is inspiring….share this page with your friends to keep Ben producing…

  4. It looks like a good extension but I’m going to wait and see him play before I make my decision. Better than paying Vanvleet. He became a cancer in Toronto with his extremely egotistical and selfish style of play. We now locked up guys who aren’t as selfish as he was. We’re happy

  5. not sure why people are saying this was a bad trade. We got rid of two negative assets (Bruce Brown and Kelly) and got something for it. We should've also got rid of Chris. Unless he signs very low contract next season then Im ok keeping him as vet

  6. Ben you're such a homer bro Scotty Barnes is not a go-to guy he's a hustle player is an athletic not quick and he's just a Bruiser the guy doesn't even have a go to move you'll never be I go to guy very slow footed he's more of a help defender than a on man defender they blow past them all the time this is what I see and you and people that don't know nothing about basketball can't see it Bobby Webster he seen it you can't be around him you have to build around a real star player hopefully he comes in this draft pick 2025

  7. Wasn't really big on doing the trade, but I didn't know we would give them close to nothing for him and sign him to a reasonable deal on top of that. I believe in Masai and Darko to have the vision of it all and theh believe in their medical staff. Just like that, I was probably wrong about it all. Still a chance it goes poorly but those chances are lowered by how we handled it all and it going poorly won't hurt much if at all (worst case being he is injured and we have to give up assets ti get off him). I would say a more realistic worst case scenario is now atleast not giving up assets to move off anyway. He could reinvigorated in TO, medical staff keeps him right, fits well with Scottie and the team. At the very worst, this team will be fun to watch and has sone felxibility to make future moves to perfect this thing. Got to like Masobby doing their thing

  8. Would have been a great deal if the 3rd year player option wasn’t there. We’re taking on his injury risk and he gets to go after the bag if he plays well. This feels more like a win-win for BI than the Raptors.

  9. I am with you minus the fact that there is no world where this goes poorly. If you had said 2 weeks ago what we would trade and what we would pay for him then there would be far more people on your side probably. Plus it can still go poorly, thats not out of the realm of possibility

  10. I agree, this is a good deal.. I don't think Scottie will ever be a superstar though.. but atleast if they tank well this season and get a top 4 pick, the team will be watchable again from next season

  11. It's not fleecing the NBA, but it was a good value trade and a good value signing, betting on the health turning around here. Adding a guy who csn create for himself which is a big need

  12. I like playing him at shooting gaurd and quickly at pg help BI on defense and can create a night mare for shooting gaurds in the leauge trying to shoot over his hieght
