    Fourth quarter problem is the easy fix, identify who has the best low post game and throw it into them over and over and over and over, and it's not miami style, but they need to start fishing for foul calls like james harden

    Nah,Dn't give Spo a pass Wes, this is coaching! A great coach know how to adjust on the fly and motivate his players! Like what Bam and Tyler said, the team needs to get to their sets better meaning Spo needs to put them in spots where they can thrive! Spo is the worst coach in the NBA period! If you have 3 of the worst 4th quarter points then you are not doing a great job coaching your team!

    The answer is you need a True go-to guy in the 4th Quarter. Tyler is a #2 at best, no shot at him. The defense was great until the 4th. The Heat FO didn't think Jimmy was that guy anymore, that's fine but now they need to find another guy. KD was there for the STEALING at the trade deadline, but Riley didn't want to give up Jovic and draft picks. I say 'STEALING' because now PHO will open up the bidding in the offseason and MIA will miss out on KD again.

    Bam ain’t gonna do this against “this team” with their actual starters playing and Chet is out there iHart. Hes not beating Chet at anything much less iHart with a Chet roamer

    Coaching, Coaching Coaching!!! Spo mess up the rotations every game! He waits until opponents go on a 10pt + run before calling time out. Then they come back on the court with no adjustments, plays and they end up turning the ball over

    Tyler's motivation went downhill as soon as he was named an All star. He's terrible, tbh. We need a Batman. Herro and Bam are just Robin's for the team. We need someone to take over under pressure.

    The Heat need to blow it up. Starting with Herro while is value could be high… I believe he’s peaked. I think coming into this season he wanted to prove he’s an Allstar. Now that he made the team, he hasn’t played at the high level. Trade him now!!! Also, the Heat need to pick between Jovic and Jaquez. Preferably keep Jovic (he’s much better). Unless, they can trade both including for a star, then do it. Trade Duncan, Rozier also. Ware is a rookie so keep him for now. Build around Bam and Ware.

    This is why once in a while You do a tank / rebuild. Otherwise you just a middling , going nowhere team . Thanks Miami front office ! You guys are still stuck in the 90's .
