  1. I sat there with a dumb smirk on my face the whole game. As improbable as the comeback was, I just knew eventually they'd throw a punch. Hell of a punch. Can't wait for the infinite anxiety of the playoffs.

  2. I Been Getting My Girl In Tune With Basketball This Season All She See Is Us Spanking Teams .. She Seen Us Down 17 Inna 3rd She Said Bae What’s Going On With Us ? I Looked At Her 😎😎 Told Her We Coming Back Wit Full Confidence .. When She Seen The Comeback She Fell In love With Basketball Cheering For Every Bucket Louder Than Me

  3. Thunder Culture is strength in numbers to paraphrase.

The first half of the fourth quarter was a Thunder Tsunami of "want to."

    That was brilliant basketball.

  4. This isn't the first time we've seen KRich flip the switch for this team. I just watched Locked on Suns, and their host, Benjamin, is at a loss to explain why the Suns are so bad. The answer is quite simple: The Suns are all talent but no heart. Some question why Presti keeps Kenrich around. They got their answer tonight.

    Thunder up!

  5. The one way this win isn't really different from the others is the hustle the team brought. They out hustle the teams they play over 90% of the time. Over 48 minutes that decides games.

  6. My vote for the best win so far is the win at Memphis on 2/8. Memphis, being the team currently 2nd in the west behind OKC, was healthy and coming off 2 days off while OKC had played the night before. What does OKC do? Blows them off the floor!

  7. Plus, in this terrific draft year we are still in the game for 4 first-rounders. Improbable as it seems, the Sixers’, Heat, Clippers, and very outside, the Jazz.

  8. Maybe he’s being optimistic that OKC could’ve done much better, sure but I wouldn’t say that was a At best C game. The heat played their best basketball last night. Hit us in the mouth and didn’t let up until 3-4quarter. OKC woke up and did what they always do, solid defense, pester everyone, hot open shots, create opportunities for each other, and rapid ball movement. It was an amazing sight to see

  9. 🔥🔥🔥👏🏽🙌🏽👏🏽

Well said, Rylan! Let’s enjoy this special, historic team. Excellent podcast. I appreciate you giving shine to K-Rich and Dort.

  10. #1. Home vs Celtics (SGA becomes hands down MVP favorite)
    #2. Home vs Cavs (rematch)
    #3. @ Knicks (Sweep, I Hart return)
#4. Home vs Mavs (NBA Tournament, I felt we really needed that W)
#5. Game 1 @ Denver (set the tone, sent message for the season on prime time TV in game 1)

I'll give honorable mentions to —
    * @ Memphis, but we all probably fear Denver more than we do Memphis.
The Heat game was awesome of course, but I've seen us come back on better teams TBH! We do it more than maybe others realize.

  11. The Heat aren't good so why would it be impressive. It's shocking OKC could play that bad and make the Heat look like an NBA basketball for almost 3 quarters. The Heat are exactly the team you want to play. They struggle score. So even if you suck you are never out of the game.

  12. I’m so sad that Rylan can’t classify himself as a fan. No better team to be a fan of than them.

  13. 34:00 love the pod, but hard disagree with this stance. They’re not an anomaly at this point. And, “no team has done it this fast” isn’t true either, the golden state warriors won in 2015. That team is incredibly similar to this team. And regardless, having this good of a regular season, and not making the finals would literally be an anomaly. They are too good to say not making the finals wouldn’t be a major disappointment. I understand where you’re coming from, I do, and yes the plan is to have this crazy long run way, where we are competing for championships for the next decade, so that not winning this year is just prolonging the inevitable, but nothing is guaranteed. It just isn’t. That was the plan post 2012 as well. Obviously different teams, but point remains, we never got back to the finals. I know I come off as pessimistic, but to your point, skewing negative will mean you’re right more often than not.

  14. They gave up too many lobs to Bam in the first 3 qtrs, that's one way to beat the Thunder is to pound them with bigs that can move as Thunder is mostly going small ball, that continues to be a concern come playoffs. Still an awesome game w/o Chet

  15. 1. Win vs Celtics (SGA puts on an MVP Performance)
    2. Home win vs Knicks (excellent win with Aaron Wiggins going off in the 4th. Goosebumps seeing the crowd erupt)
    3. Win vs Denver (Chet puts on a masterclass defensively in the paint, and the Thunder laid down a gauntlet that night)
    4. Win @ Knicks (Total domination, SGA & Isaiah Joe put on a clinic)
    5. Win vs New Orleans (small ball lineup, didn't matter, still kept winning)
