  1. A players worth is based on consistency, at a role. As a none star player Jovic needs to fill in as a role player. U don’t just put the ball in Jovic hands and quite frankly he’s not good enough with the ball in his hands to demand on ball reps. HE’S GOT TO EARN IT. Also the organization needs to improve his explosiveness, vertically and laterally.

Jaquez is not gonna improve until he improves his shot.

  2. jaime's numbers not dropping off a cliff??? his rookie season his +/- was a +108, he's currently -150 for the season

  3. Spo is severely outsmarting himself by not having Tyler Wiggins Niko Ware Bam on the floor together. That’s a lineup most NBA coaches would love to play with. Not genius Spo🙄

  4. This 3pt or layup offense has got to go. It's only helped Tyler. I understand this was an attempt to score more points, more efficiently, but we simply don't have the personnel for it.

  5. Jaime’s spin move is lethal in single coverage. His problem is he does it against 2 sometimes even 3 guys and it never works. He needs to learn how to make that spin move in traffic and pass out of it to the open guy when the defense is collapsing on him. I never expect him to be a 3pt shooter but he needs to be a better decision maker

  6. Ware & Jovic have so much potential. Once they toughen up and play through contact they’ll be All-Stars easy averaging 20-25pts a season. They are 20 & 21, so it is going to take time. Spo messed up with Jovic having him DNPed early on this season so it’s going to take even longer for him to mature, but he’ll get there

  7. The young guys are ok but they are only decent role players once fully baked…. For now they aren’t good enough for the minutes they are getting…

  8. JJJ is not a natural shooter and he doesn’t have physical attributes to be a lock down defender…. He is a scrappy player to have on the end of the bench for spot minutes….

  9. Jovic is a good player and has come a long way but he isn’t good enough to be a star and not efficient enough to be a front line starting role player on a contender…

  10. Larson is a tough and rugged player…. If he can become a knock down shooter he can be an important bench player on a great team..

  11. Ware has the length and athleticism to really disrupt the game on defense…. On offense he is a turnover waiting to happen. He is a solid piece but more of a backup center on a great team…. He has nice touch on his shots but has a very long way to got to being a starting center on a great team….

  12. Spo has f'd up so badly with Niko. He's gotta be given the ball more and a lineup that plays well with him. Specifically as a starter. Niko has all-star potential. Get it out of him. For the love of God, please don't play him with Terry, Spoelstra.
