    This strapping young lad will grow another couple of inches in a year or two. He's a bit persecuted by the media, Spurs has to take care of him, Victor, Fox, mainly, but also the others. Castle and Victor must avoid injury. If Castle improves his shooting, especially 3-pointers, they'll be hard to beat. What they lack is a good big defender who can grab rebounds, especially defensive ones. Against the Clippers, a Spurs defender didn't grab a single rebound, either offensive or defensive. A team can't win with zero rebounds, it might as well say its prayers on the floor or forfeit the game.

    Teams have clearly improved, either by getting stronger or by organizing themselves better. Even the Wizards are playing better, even if they don't win very often. Castle is improving week by week, even if everything isn't perfect, while Victor must be a little relieved because he plays both forward and back and isn't very strong physically. This guy is definitely better than we thought at the time of selection.
