It is interesting that the Wizards (15th seed in NBA) is represented in this interview but the Pacers are not. Pacers are being held hostage by whatever mood Halliburton is in. Sometimes he plays sometimes he doesn't score at all. He shouldn't be the franchise player much less the team captain because zero effort doesn't inspire anyone.
I think you are too hard on my Pacers. The first step in deciding if a team has reached its goal is to define the goal, To me, our realistic goal was home court in the playoffs and we're right there in 4th. Being in the top 3 was not a realistic goal so in my view we haven't fallen short.
