Shai will win MVP. Nuggets win the Chip. It is ridiculously hard to have a big stat increase when Jokic is on the team.
According to Calvin Booth, “We have 6 or 7 starters, and we have a drop-off after that” Hmm…

Based on pre year expectations
MPJ – 4 Great unless he has a bad game, then its really bad.
Gordan -2 Whats wrong with his game? he seems timid.
Braun – 5 Awesome lately.
Jokic – 5 reason I don't miss a game.
Murray – 4 amazing in the last 2 months
Watson – 2 he cants seem to keep up with his feet, sloppy, good blocker.
Strawther – 3 potential.. bad defense
Westbrook – 3.5 fund to watch but turns the ball over to much.
Jordan – 3.5 great rebounder.
Naji – 3 better at defense then I thought.
Saric – 1 not good
Pickett – 4 to bad he's so short
Tyson – 2 he sure tries hard
Hall, jones, alexander – not enough mins to make judgement.
Malone – 5 I can think of a coach that i think is better for the nuggets.
I don't give Malone credit for the lineup changes. I think he only did it because he had no choice because of the injuries. I agree with Matt, once he has all the guys, it'll be exactly the same. He is too rigid and won't change based on the team in front of him.
I agree the Defence has to be better going into the final stretch.
There's 1 ball. There's a reason murray plays better in the playoffs. Braun isn't going to get a bunch of fast break points in the playoffs. Gordon isn't going to jack up 3s against okc. Jokic casts a stat shadow larger than anyone in history. Murray isn't selfish. He gets out of the way unless he's feeling it, or other guys can't do it (playoffs). 4.5 stars Jamal.
I need Matt to explain why he's so high on the young kids OKC plays when his default position expressed literally in the previous podcast is to be skeptical of young guys [Aaron Wiggins, Cason Wallace, etc].
Grow some balls Blackburn , Malone is Malone , you can like him or not but his decisions make you question your own existence from time to time
Booths job is to pick the groceries, in a poorly stocked store (draft position) Malones job is to use all the ingredients to create the best dish possible. Booth succeeded and Malone chose to use just ingredients he was familiar with and lost because of his lack of knowledge in how to create a unique dish(team w1superstar) with every ingredient purchased
They were discussing the OKC players. For a minute I thought “I Hart, Caruso” meant “I love Caruso” 😂
(I actually do love Caruso, and I think of Christian Brown as sort of Young Caruso which is a compliment)
