SOLUTION TO FIX THE ALL STAR GAME:
Make it like the MLB format which in this case would be East vs West and the winner gets home court advantage in the NBA finals.
The NBA all star game has sucked for the 20+ years i have watched basketball. A competitive fourth quarter after 3 quarters of shit is not getting me to watch. These dudes will ball out in offseason tournaments and treat the all star game as an inconvenience. The NHL this year was able to create the only all star game worth watching out of all the major sports. The NBA needs to restrict the all star game to the top 4 seeds in each conference, make it east vs west, and the winning team gets home court advantage int he finals, its the only way.

All Star game is on the owners. They don't want their investments to compete and then get hurt. The NBA killed the All Star game the way the player salaries are.
