Why are these guys acting like playing Sims is as tough as connecting the colors on a Rubics cube??? It's not that hard….Sims has to play on the floor with another big that can stretch the floor so he can stay in the dunker spot. You play in with Kuzma at the 4 for spot mins to give Brook and Giannis a rest. It's not that hard! He's only going to play 5-7 minutes a game.
Why do bucks fans get so excited about the new shiny object? Sims is not going to save us. We thought the same thing about Andre Jackson. A player who cannot score. Sims is mediocre at best .

Let’s get weird and see some Tyler Smith spot minutes. If they need another big who can stretch the floor, maybe the rook can steal some minutes over this stretch.
Weird. It's usually only for post op and I've had it exactly once for that reason (I don't think this one was around for my first surgery). Sadder still is that he was too dumb to get away with it (you do NOT take that one by mistake, EVER, as it's not ever combined into other drugs and is VERY hard to obtain). It's only in the system for 24 hours after use.
No biggie. Sims can play and obviously won't play much with Giannis if he subs in for Brook, so it's ludicrous to speak of 'fit' constantly and even more absurd to continue to suggest that the ONLY path to success for the Bucks is to surround Giannis with shooters (it was the D more than the shooting in 2021 that won the title). The lobs we've been seeing from KM to Giannis may soon become Giannis to Jericho.
This dude IS physically a stud. As much as Doc is one of the greatest development coaches for PGs and wings, Vin Baker is our hidden success story coaching the bigs. Sims could well prove to be the greatest fit ever and make Bobby expendable, opening up possibilities for his trade this summer.
I have loved Bobby's energy, grit, and spirit, his 3 point shooting and overall scoring ability. However, his D and rebounding are just terrible and he's a bad (not just below average) athlete who is only further deteriorating in that regard. ANYONE who thinks Bobby is worth over 15 million is insane (including Bobby himself, who WILL pick up an option that guarantees him more than he's worth). It's odd that you laugh about Wood, who was at least a great athlete, because he and Bobby are about the same player (Wood is better across the board statistically than Bobby, WAY more efficient, with a better PER and WS per game).
The last two years were tragic due to injuries, but people (stupidly) persisted in the belief that this 'core' could get get it done if only they had the chance (no, the talent level is still WAY below the Cavs and Celts). Kuzma is a HUGE upgrade. Porter is a HUGE upgrade. Athletes matter.
This puts another superior athlete on the floor and we probably won't see our 2nd units score a lot and give up more every time out with his elevation in the rotation.
Tucker can't play. Thanassis is a bigger joke.
Rollins is TERRIBLE. You guys need to wake up. He needs to be the first to lose minutes with Porter in tow, and AJ Green needs to be the second to lose minutes (ALL of you also vastly overrate him and he's really NOT GOOD ON D at all and his shooting is very inconsistent). Green should be involved along with Pat in any trades this summer that might include Bobby.
I think development for Smith will be key and we need to sign Trent, Prince, and Porter long term, but with Brook's–yes, he impacts DREBS, even if this old school guy hates how 3 pointers have increased the OREB% overall–contract expiring, the budget space that creates, and the possibility of trading the above 3 contracts worth over 25 million, the Bucks are in a spot to REALLY upgrade at some position (even in FA, though it is a bad year; Naz and Cam would be my first options, but the Bucks will probably break our hearts with bums like Precious and Tre Jones). Maybe Turner is in play for the Bucks if they don't re-sign Brook.
The old squad would get 6/10 in terms of championship potential. It has gone up to 8 with this deadline, perhaps the best in recent WI sports history (CC was bigger).

It is hard to believe that the league suspend a player for taking a drug that are regularly given by doctors to those in pain with prescriptions. Im thinking Bobby is getting a hold of these drugs without prescriptions so its illegal in a sense or something else he is not telling us.
Jerico Sims will surprise you. He started games for the Knicks, jumps out of the gym and sets great screens. Throw him some lobs and watch out!!

This might be even better for the Bucks. Keep Prince in the starting lineup. Bring Kuzma off the bench in the sixth man role. First he comes in for Brook slide Giannis over to center. Sub normally from there and Sims comes in when it’s time to sub Giannis.
Bobby gives offensive rebounds because he rebounds so many of his own missed layups.
Good sample size to see what Tyler Smith can give at this time.
