Luka has never been known as a good defender. And Melo averages around 30 ppg. Nobody can hold him really. His only problem is that the Lakers aren’t using him how he should be used. He was the leader on the mavericks and they’ve turned him into a role player. He can’t stay on the court long enough to catch a rhythm. And when he is on the court, he’s not running the offense. This will never work.
+13 on court, 11 rebounds, scoring only 14pts and horrible shooting %. And he is in the spotlight? I understand he ia expected to step up on offense. But even with bad offensive performance he manage to keep a positive+/-.Smells like clickbait to me. He might not be all deffensive team, but dunno. All this sounds a bit unffair trend to me. Did you check numbers on paint deffense, or againat mid range jumpers, just saying. Take a look, might surprise you
