  1. Dame struggles when guarded by lengthy and aggressive defenders—you can see it in his body language as he battles through. Fortunately, he was able to bounce back in the end.

  2. I think using the combo of Sims, Giannis at the 5 to allow Brook to play 30 minutes and be fresh in the 4th was good. Sims may not have done much offensively but he was solid on the defensive end to allow Brook to rest instead of playing 35+ minutes.

  3. Frank Kuz take couldn’t be more wrong. Why would we bring him off the bench?? Kuz and Giannis lineup unlocks defensive and pace potential. Saying he doesn’t fit alongside Giannis after one game is premature. I loved what I saw so far from all the new additions.

  4. Baby girl
    you should smile more often
    you have a beautiful smile
can you let us see it more often

  5. What was the big take away from Giannis and Kuz’s first action together?

To me, the big take away was there wasn’t one. Meaning it wasn’t awkward or disjointed. Seems like an easy fit, natural.

    Agree or disagree?

  6. Until Bobby comes back this would be my rotation. Starting Five: Brook, Giannis, Kuzma, Trent Jr, Dame. Two secondary lineups. One with Dame, AJ, Prince, Kuzma, Sims. One with Giannis, Brook, Prince, AJ, KPJ. Using AJax and Rollins based on specific matchups.

  7. Jericho Sims nick names:

    JeriGoat.Hims
    The SIMSulation

He's a stud around the rim. Rim runner, blocks, blocking out, and you saw a few of his hard screens last night. Maybe they get him a hook shot.

  8. They put the ball in Kyle kuzma hands and he locked up defense put some respect on his Name… a good team win

  9. Sims and A-Jax can be used for situational defense. If there is a possession where you need a stop, you can bench Dame/Brook and play Sims/A-Jax. Then we can switch everything.

  10. Frank depresses me. He never has anything positive to say or is confidently critical. His takes are always luke warm, half-full, middle of the road. Say some definitive. Give an opinion. He's just a depressing guy to listen to.

  11. I find myself consistently disagreeing with Frank all the time recently. It feels like all his takes are based on reading advanced stats without actual observational skills. I feel that he's constantly misreading so much of what is actually happening on the court. Being very on off/bpm/plus minus reliant. He says he doesn't want to be a wet blanket, but that's what he being half the time. Constant negativity and lifeless lack of imagination, hope, or desire to come up with solutions to the team's problems.

So one, Kuz is not a 6th man on this team or a bad fit with Giannis, Sims actually is a good fit in theory with Giannis as well because Giannis is a good interior passer and he benefits with playing with athletes
(Giannis never has needed a spacing 5 to play basketball, that's a Bud rot-brain myth, and he actually benefits from aggressive defenders because transition is always going to be his biggest strength), and AJ Green and Gary are significant upgrades offensively over Prince because they actually do run PnR well, and most importantly they bring off ball, pin down shooting shot making (particularly AJ) which is super important in lineups with two non shooters for creating quality threes. Prince struggles to make any decisions with the ball in his hands and is often too slow making those decisions to either shoot, drive, or pass. He's also not a movement shooter like AJ nor anywhere near as good defensively

  12. Frank talk trash about Clippers, Remember: they kicked the bucks in tha azz by 25 points just two weeks ago 😂

  13. I have been a HUGE Brook Lopez supporter, and clearly still am given his success.. but I will say that I hadn’t realized how much of a difference it made to have a mobile big like Jericho Sims. His spacing was sloppy and it wasn’t perfect, but his ability to get back, anchor the defense, gamble and blow up actions without surrendering the play.. it definitely made me more aware of Brook’s speed🤣 so no dig on Brook, but grateful to have someone like Sims!
