  1. I hope anyone whos in the chat with season tickets, gives up the seats. I gave up my season tickets before this year. Call it intuition or whatever, but they raised the prices, but the product got worse, and after 32 years (with a couple year hiatus), I left. Dont support Vivek til he proves he can give up the rains to a competent coach and GM, and no Mike Brown, and Monte are not competent. Thats the only silver lining that came out of this season, both will be gone (monte in 3,2,1…boom),

  2. So this summer Keegan, Monk, Domas and Keon will all want out. Monte and Wes will be fired the new GM will want to have "his guy" and they will run DC off. We will struggle to 15-25 games for the next 3-4 years to get under some cap flex. Fast forward a decade and maybe they find the next D Fox. Basketball purgatory here we are ….. FIRE MONTE!!!!!! FIRE WES!!!!!!! DNP LaVine unless he will play defense. So here's the start of our record breaking playoff drought 18 to 20 years.

  3. Matt I appreciate your honestly! Continue to be you and deliver your true opinions. Maybe I've become jaded as a fan of this franchise over so many years, but too many people have an unrealisticly positive outlook for this team. They're not going far and that's the truth

  4. As a fan tanking is what I want to see the most. Trade Demar to a contender where he deserves a shot at a ring. I hate to say it but let Malik choose what he wants to do ie stay in Sac for a bumpy ride or head out to a more competitive team. We need to keep a nucleus of Carter, Ellis and Murray to further evaluate and expand their skill set which also boost their tradability at the very least and boost their value in the league. Extend coach DC asap! Hope that you can resign LaRavia. And reward your loyal fan base with cheaper tickets which we haven’t had since pre Boogie Arco years. Every healthy franchise not named the Lakers have done it. Give us a chance to compete for a chip.

  5. Kings need to purge the players who don't play winning basketball. The roster is an unbalanced mess. We're stuck with LaVine, who's game doesn't translate to wins. We need a real power forward – Keegan should be at the 3. Perhaps Domas could play the 4 with a rim protector/3 point threat at center, but those are hard to find. Coaches have to choose between players that play defense and those that play offense. Do we have any that do both anymore?

  6. Said it before, ill say it again the smart thing to do would to trade everyone they can(except for Keegan, Ellis, Carter, and LaRivia if he resigns) and get assets to commit to a REAL rebuild, not anymorr re-tooling. Re-tooling hasnt worked in 20 years

  7. More than anything else, Kings should get a true point guard and playmaker this offseason. Someone that can control the pace of the game. Monk is more suited as a 2 guard, not at point.

  8. I seen all this coming 2 years ago most laughed at me the first run it back was not good in my mind because all teams in the west improved that off season then last year the re-signing of Barnes was a mistake to me a huge one matter of fact then not making any moves at the previous 2 trade deadlines was not the right move to make you must keep improving now this year the fox trade was just not good enough should have got more young assets for him not Zach Lavine no disrespect then all the missed draft picks Keegan is not a dog folks a couple good defensive plays here & there just don't cut it we need offense from him but he forgot how to shoot I still would have preferred who I wanted either Ivey Mathurin or Sharpe see in my mind you need dogs like Monk & Ellis not timid players I'm no professional sports GM or player but I been watching basketball for many many moons I have an idea how to balance out rosters anyway I really hope I'm wrong about this team going forward but I doubt it I give love when the kings deserve it trust me I'm not always down on them but when I see bad I call them out on it anyways again hope I got this all wrong good luck kings & kings fans we need it

  9. Keegan Murray is going to watch this podcast and be inspired to not give up on the season and regain his confidence. We will essentially see prime Keegan Murray put the team on his back and lead the kings to the NBA finals.

  10. I don’t understand what stops them if they need to somewhat rebuild from keeping Sabonis and Levine because they’re obviously not going anywhere and see what you could get on the open market for Murry Monk and DeRozan any combination of them or one of them and some picks if this season completely falls apart…. that’s what we have to work with. It’s not great, but we are not completely stuck with this team as it sits.

  12. Zach Lavine doesn’t fit in the off-season trade Zach Lavine for Evan Mobley give Cleveland five draft picks to go with it

  13. What was the point of trading for Lavine? The team would have been better off getting 2 to 3 smaller random contracts back than Lavine’s untradable contract. What ever window was open was slammed shut when they traded for Lavine. That moved made no sense.

  14. Matt, unfortunately you can’t build a contender around Sabonis
He’s a tweener and it’s way too hard to find the type of players to put around him that can be successful
I don’t believe many teams around the league believe in him as much as Sacramento does
Good player but not at his salary

  15. If this this FO is still in place and the Kings miss that threshold….all we lose is a 6'2" injured guard for the next draft…..no biggie.

  16. I've been trying to find the identity of the Kings and why this roster cant be elite. I think its Sabonis who is one of the top Centers with a bunch of potential 6th man players who cant win together but would be great if the team was blown up and everyone landed on other teams

  17. Agree with everything you said. They have no direction or future right now, the only optimistic choice would be to start over.
    Game over man, game over.
