The Knicks are just not a true contender. They are good, but Tier 1 with Cleveland, Boston and OKC? No.
Brunson/KAT being defensive liabilities is a huge issue. Thats your 2 best players. Then Bridges is so inconsistent and your 3&D guy OG who was meant to guard the other sides best wings looks like he isn't up to it now. Not sure if injuries or otherwise, but he just doesn't look like the old OG. Add on top of it some very thin bench depth which they sacrificed to get Bridges and I think this Knicks team is going home in the 2nd round again because they're not beating Cleveland or Boston

There is a huge drop off from Boston/Cavs and everyone else. People, the Knicks are essentially the 3rd best team and have been blasted by both of them.
