Kings interim head coach Doug Christie chats with reporters at Saturday’s practice in Sacramento about the tough, but honest conversations had and the frustrations his team is dealing with following the embarrassing loss to the Golden State Warriors the night before at Golden 1 Center.

This is to be expected when you start Lavine, Demar, and Monk. So frustrating to watch when the primary concern is not hurting their egos rather than winning games. More time isn’t going to help when the pieces obviously don’t fit.
Monk played PG for 4 of the first 24 minutes. And we wonder why we had so many freaking turnovers. Stop acting like everyone on the team can make plays! … And someone teach DeMar how to talk on defense: he needs to be calling for switches instead of just getting roasted and toasted.
If we lose our next game in the same fashion, we’re cooked
Doug Christie is next to get fired, probably during the offseason. Demar is not a good fit at 3. He does not have the length of today's NBA. He should be playing the 2. Basically we have 3 SGs in the starting lineup with Monk, Levine, and Demar.

The team Doug was on was criticized because they smiled too much so they were accused of not being serious. I remembered calling in to ? Ithink Grant Napier radio and saying to them The best assassin approaches with a smile. Personally I admire Domas because he is joyful. And also determined. BTW thanks for the nice uppercut. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy😂

Solid eye contact at practice it is like a strong marriage pretty soon you wil finish each other's sentences. But what do I know i was only married for 40 years. Partners that can pick up on the facial changes quick enough will be ahead of play. And Don't give up. Push harder. And the fans will be there fighting too.
