Im about a Monk trade away until I stop supporting this team. This organization just doesnt get it. You'd think they'd learn 17 years of failures but nope. 17 more years of a laughing stock of a franchise. You're literally only 2 seasons removed from Beam Team 1 who made the playoffs and now it's a mess with no future. What a boneheaded owner, front office, and organization. Directionless as usual. Inactivity last trade deadline, did not fix the huge defensive issues for 2 years, keeps drafting guards, drafted an injured player with a "win now" mindset. This current roster doesnt make sense. They all have the same weakness which is defense yet you guys kept adding more players who have those same weaknesses. Like you guys are running a multi-million dollar business, how am I, a normal fan, have more of a grasp to fix this team in the past 2 years than you BUMS who are getting paid millions? It's not just me who knows this team and how to fix these issues, many fans do. Fumble after fumble after fumble after fumble. You guys keep reverting back to a carousel of coaches, FO, and disgruntled players. Vivek, sell the team who is more competent! Look at OKC, does anyone know who the owners are? No, because he isnt a micromanager who ruins his business. 17 years, stop support Vivek. Make him sell the team to someone who knows basketball! Im sick and tired of this BS.

Problem with the Kings from ownership down to the coach(es) is they're too offensive-minded. From drafting players, to free agency, trades or player use during the games, they only think offensively. Kings were and are at their best with a good defense, resulting in easy transition points. All too often, while the opponents are attacking and abusing the paint, Kings still play small. 7 footers bench riding. Fox had stepped up his D at the point of attack and Keegan is an excellent defender, but trading away defense for offense minded players won't win many games. More importantly, defense is about EFFORT, which is sorely lacking. Doug, play players who emphasize defense. Look at the defensive play of the top teams and you'll see why they're a top team. P.S. You're NOT going to beat GSW in a 3-pt shooting contest!
Exactly. All this DeRozen bringing the ball up and not sharing the ball is ridiculous. Nobody can feel involved. We need Fultz running the. Point.
It’s sad how we went from promising to this. Think about sabonis, monk and demar. Sabonis signed right after the playoffs…thinking we have a great future. Monk signed, for low at that, to play with same team that was 40 plus wins on back to back seasons. Demar came cause he believed he could win here (meaning we looked like a promised team)
Imagine what they want after how the team is looking now. Demar will want out (rightfully so). Sabonis mannnnnnn he going to the warriors or lakers 😭 and monk will get traded for the final domino to start the full rebuild😔 I hope im wrong. Keegan is the only one I don’t know. Is he gonna get back to form? Get a big contract or get less money and stay? Or test free agency when it’s his time?
All comments are spot on. They also lack toughness and a willingness to win. I now call them sleepy Sacramento. Giving up 70 points by halftime twice recently. No heart and no desire to win.
