Celtics hsve 2 all nba level players in Tatum and Brown, one all star level 7'2 Center and arguably the best stretch 5 in the league in Porzingis, best role player in D White and a good role player in Jrue.
This is their starting line up, EVERYONE can shoot and is at worst an average shooter and you got 2-3 all defensive level players as well, D White the best shot blocking guard in the NBA currently.
Then the bench, you got Pritchard who shoots 41% from deep on 8 attemps and can give you 25 on any hive nights, he gets hot pretty fast as well. Sam Hauser, a 40% 3 point shooter and Horford who is still a good defender and can shoot as well.
People say Boston only shoots 3s and thats it, but you aren't watching the games then, they can beat you in other ways as well, there are games, even if not many were they shot like 20% from 3 on like 45-50 attemps and still won.
Bottom line is that, if Boston is hitting their shots which will be the case most of the times, its almost impossible to beat them, if you play them in a 7 game series and they have 1-2 off nights where their 3 ball ain't falling, you gotta take advantage of that, otherwise you have to pay big time!

Playing Robinson at the end of games isn't a great idea I don't think. He'd be better starting off to give the team defense and get early momentum. He's an extremely terrible free throw shooter that could cost them some tight games where they have a lead late. Another team could just foul him and put him on the line unless the knicks just decide to play 4 on 5 on offense late game

It’s gonna get worse actually. The Knicks are slowing wearing out due to their 40min playing time strategy for their starters, it’s going to cause injuries at some point, and as for the Celtics they have been load managing and coasting the whole season and as per their coach and players JUST turned on the jets after the all star break. They going to be very fresh in the playoffs.
No one won the NYK- WOLVES Trade, both teams got weaker. Before the trades, the NYK owned the Cavs & Celtics during the regular season & #2 in the East & the WOLVES #1 in the West but now??? If you're a bean counter you look at individual stats but in terms of pure basketball, you look at TEAM results.
I feel like last years Knicks would have given Boston a better fight. They were always in games because they played tough grind it out games. But now we overpaid for Bridges and he barely does anything. Even his defense isnt that good as we thought it should be. I dont know man, Hartenstein was a big part of what made us successful last year and they let him walk.

The gap is in the supporting cast. Towns>Prozingis Brunson=Tatum but Jrue/white/Brown>>>OG/Bridges/Josh. Plus the celtics bench is deeper than NYs especially when NY with is without Mitch.
Yeah yeah the Knicks aren’t as good as Boston 🌃 Before the Knicks played Cleveland on Friday they had the 4th best record in the NBA 🏀 But yeah the Celtics are an elite team 🕳️
Replacing Hartenstein, Randle, and Divincenzo with KAT and Bridges is just…woof. A complete collapse of toughness. I have no idea how Thibs agreed to it. But the ends result is that NY just doesnt have the size or the depth to deal with the C's – and the C's starters are considerably better as a unit, to begin with. Hartenstein gave Boston fits – he's the exact kind of bootstrap rebounder that the Celtics struggle with, and I was thrilled to see him go.
No the knocks are far off with them trading for bridges and all them 1st round picks the nets fleeced the knicks for. Then they make a trade for Karl Anthony towns. All them picks should have either went towards getting Giannis or Kevin Durant
