The problem is Spo. He is set in the past. For the past 10 years since he and Riley ran Lebron out of town, all he's done is give us a brand of joyless, unwatchable small ball.
This is not an offensive slump. Spo is a terrible offensive coach. Small ball doesn't work. We don't have enough. Riley needs to swallow his pride and needs to get rid of Spo and retire. We need a younger GM like Bob Myers.

We have to accept that we have a mediocre team, with a lack of identity, fragile and without a genuine leader. We have 2 options… watch and understand where this team is going or 2 turn off the TV. JB's departure left the Miami Heat without an identity. From now on you will see a team that possibly plays 3 quarters and gets lost in the last 2s.. Herro needs to put that strong physique in the off season if he wants to be a Big Dog. The rest of the team is garbage… Since Miami does not like to invest money… the process will be super slow..
Spo has to be held accountable for the teams attention to detail and lack of discipline. The organization needs a major reset after this season.

I thought the Jovic-Ware pnr was the best action this team had, should have become the focal point of the entire offense, and they stopped going to it when Ware entered the starting lineup.
Depending on what moves get made in the offseason, it might be the only thing worth building around with this team.
I was all about tanking….I might be more about trading everyone except Ware and Jovic, getting as many picks and young players back as possible.

As a heat fan, you kinda just accept that it’s just a bad season. But you just kinda wonder why do things have to go wrong for us for stretches. It’s either our performances are half good half bad, more bad than good, or all bad. Like last night, why did Burks, Herro, and Robinson have to shoot bad from the field 😂😂😂. At least one of them could have made shots. Does this team have an all good stretch in them? Good defense, shoot well, rebound well, limit turnovers, and get to the line. They’ve alternated doing these things well. Do everything well for a stretch.
Jimmy Butler has not played in the regular season for 3 years no. The heat would have not been better with Jimmy on the team. Hence we were a play in team back to back years.
