We NEED to get either Dylan Harper, VJ Edgecombe, or Jeremiah Fears. An absolute must.
Harper and Fears as a guard with an actual handle that we can just put the ball in their hands at the end of games and let them run the show. VJ would be more of an off ball weapon that can play next to Tyler, but I would actually be more interested to see him play alongside Jovic. I’m trading Tyler while his trade value is where it’s at. He’s redeemed in my eyes, I’m a fan, and I appreciate what he’s doing this year…but it’s just so hard to get to good lineups with him due to his defense. Plus, we are so far away from contending right now.
I love Fleming with the GSW pick. Don’t know if that’s gonna be realistic, with GSW set to climb the standings, but Fleming would certainly be ideal.

What the Heat needs is a leader. I don't think Adebayo, Herro or Wiggins have that persona of Jimmy, Rondo, Green.. Would love to have Marcus Smart…
Definitely Heat needs a point guard so bad as Herro is not really a guard and it takes away his rhythm to focus on scoring. Thomas Sorber caught my attention with his low post game and he could also shoot in the perimeter. He has NBA ready body as well.

They should be trying to flip both in a deal this summer and make hard decisions. You cant win with or without bam and tyler. You eventually move both to recover assets for the rest of the decade. If you cant the picks should be used on guard play

In a perfect world, the Heat would get the first overall pick and get Flagg, but if we don't get him, then getting a PG like Harper or Fears would fix our main issue. For the other pick, hopefully we get Fleming, his size, wingspan and skillset would make us scary on both sides of the court, or maybe draft a backup Center like Danny Wolf from Michigan or Thomas Sorber from Georgetown.

If the Heat somehow falls into the top 3 and be able to draft Harper; I would say this fiasco of a season would be worth it. Regardless of if the 14th pick will be the only pick; Fleming would be a steal at 14 and a good fit for the team.
