The hornets have had one winning season (43-39) with him at the helm and that was the one season he actually played 75 games. They made the play-in. His career GP are 51, 75, 36, 22. He's missed 20 of 56 games this season. He shoots 41% from the floor and 33% from three, but the fanboys like him because he's having fun leading them to 14 wins.
