GS has two. Two guys with a really good roster all the way down to the end of the bench. Are TJD, Knox, Spencer and Gui going to play on a playoff roster? No, but they are ballin’, using minutes well and all playing above their pay grades imho.
I think everyone’s raised level of play and the superior results thus far can be attributed to JB. Now, Steph raised the floor with this flawed roster. Really good players, but a wholly flawed roster prior to JB. Everyone beyond 30 was being asked to carry a load that they were not meant (nor paid) to carry. Flawed means imbalanced and unsustainable to me. But, Steph kept them at 500 which is yeoman’s work – the work of a GUY. Jimmy slots the whole team into their proper roles making for a sustainable organism. The workload is lightened and within each player’s wheelhouse and the whole ship get righted because of it. Now, I feel like we are waiting for Guffman, oops, I mean Kuminga to really see what the Dubs are.
I feel like Steph is a role model to players once they have achieved a certain level of mastery. Just one skill – shooting is so hobby horse poop rare that any almost any player aside from Dame and Payton Pritchard makes one scratch their head and wonder how in the actual f&%k do I do that??
Jimmy’s talent is no less special but seems a whole lot more accessible and it translates into helping the young guys acquire the fundamentals of winning basketball – from IQ to economy to competitiveness. JB is simple not in a dumbed-down sense, but simple in the way of efficient elegance.
Super stoked to see how this unfolds this season and the next.

Love the way the warriors are playing but we need to pump the breaks a little. JB has been an absolute beast of a signing but we haven’t matched up against any really top tier teams and we still have no height. Post is coming along but he will get cooked if he has to match up against KP, Allen, Joker, Giannis. I feel if we could just get a Naz Reid type player, a big who plays hard gets boards can defend around the paint and has a serviceable 3% shot we would be pretty much unstoppable. Looney is tough but just doesn’t have a higher level play making we need. And his FT % is total garbage.

Golden State has had a fairly easy schedule since Jimmy came in. (Both the Rockets and Bucks were missing star players).
They also have a fairly easy schedule to finish the season. It’s hard to gauge this team before they’ve matched against an actually Elite Teams like OKC, Boston, Cleveland or Denver.
The NBA is most popular during dynasties. The last few years have been great for competition but ratings are always better when there's a clear dynasty that everyone else is trying to take down.
