  1. With teams that play either one big or 2 4’s essentially, IHart can’t be a 30 minute player. Kenny needs minutes, Caruso needs starter minutes. When Caruso and Chet checked in with like 3 minutes to go in the 3rd we took off again. Then Chet is the centerpiece of everything in the 4th and the lead extends. But then we sub Chet out with like 4 minutes left in the 4th and then the nets start to come back. If Chet is healthy we have to allow him to play. He is clearly what will propel us

  2. Before I even watch I just want to say this game was 100% used to help game plan for whenever Shai is taken out of the game. Shai barely played offense today and the main focus of this game was to get Chet and jdub back in rhythm along with the roleplayers. (Then Brooklyn shot the lights out for a while) I think that this game has shown that the ideal starting lineup for the Thunder should be sga, jdub, lu, Wiggins, and Chet. Wiggins has earned himself a starting job and Cason should remain the first to come of the bench.

  3. Players and teams are ramping up OKC is the top of the west and every once in a while they're at the top of the NBA, they have a target on their backs. Teams are gonna watch and scheme on tapes on OKC, they've got to keep up their advantage which is high pressure, early pressure mid-court, that is their advantage they're not big enough to challenge at the paint or beyond, they're not good enough to have a 3 point shootout with teams with decent 3 point shooting. Well no matter what, GO THUNDER.

  4. Boy people gives up so quickly or they get all bothered over bad games, relax y'all might as well bandwagon to who ever is doing good every night🙄

  5. Brooklyn was playing the thunder like it was game 7 in the finals and okc was looking weary luckily brooklyn stopped shooting 97% from 3

  6. This season reminds me of 2015-16. I don't know how many are aware of it, but Billy Donovan was introduced to analytics by a young assistant coach named Mark Daigneault when he was at Florida. The end result that year was a team Andre Iguodala called the best team in the playoffs that season but the journey was rough. I can relate with Rylan's frustration after the Minnesota loss trying to defend a coaching system that at this point in the season, with a 9 game lead with only 24 remaining, sometimes values the data more than the win.

I know it will suck sometimes but in the upcoming games against possible playoff opponents if Daigneault is running out a lineup in a close game that we question, I promise, there is a method to the madness.

On a side note, IMO, the analytics coaching style is what is driving down TV ratings.

  7. The double bigs problem is Chet and Ihart over helping each other on defense, it has been what 6-7 games. It takes time for players to learn how to fit together. Yes it sucks to loose, but let’s loose now to get better for later.

  8. I was there at the game. I catch a nets game from time to time and I can tell you once Dayron Sharpe hit that 3 I lost my shit. Nets are a well coached team they double at half court Shai he couldn’t get into his action and they were just letting it fly. It was so hard for me to convince the Nets fans around me that the Thunder would win this game shoutout Caso and Jdub they turned the switch.
