I highly doubt this is happening
Robinson only played 6 games the year they won the lottery. 16 games out of the worst record. They could win the lottery but they’d be towards the bottom with a 1-3% chance. The spurs had a 21.4% at Duncan. Maybe a little more research instead of winging it.

Spurs might have two shots at Flagg. If the Hawks start losing and land in the lottery, it could be huge for the Spurs. If Wemby is healthy for the start of next season, I think they win 50 games and Wemby is in the MVP and DPOY conversation
