The refs were the best contributors for Portland
🫡 #LetEMKnow
#BenchJA GO cavs
Those Refs were Trash 🗑, Especially #9 She's Awful. But The Cavaliers Just too Deep… 50-10 #Cavs #LetEmKnow
Mikey don’t think we forgot your Niang glazing . Bros cheeks
Portland should have won they were better and the refs gave were horrible
This game clearly showed that some of these refs don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Now I’m ready to address this with the NBA. It’s bad. 70 free throws? I’m over it.
These games are going to give me grey hair. #letemknow #GoCavs
How confident should we be in DG at the FT line when the game's on the line?
I wonder if that is the "we are behind and need better shooting" for the reason for Hunter closing and Allen sitting.
My heart got tired watching the Cavs come from behind & winning! 🤣
Let's go Cleveland !!!!
in what aspect did garland "get going"??? he made one great defensive play. and almost cost us the game….
The two former Virginia Cavaliers players were the primary reasons for the Cleveland Cavaliers win today! But quietly Strus was clutch down the stretch!
Merrill Garland? Was that a play on words?
Thanks for saying it McNuggets. Refs left a lot to be desired
This is the reason why I don't gamble or bet on sports. There was a time in the 3rd quarter when the Blazers were up 13 and the betting line was Cavs by 3.5 and I believe Portland would win heads up. The Cavs ended up winning by 4.
Ugh!!! I can't! My freaking ULCERS!! 🤣🤣🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️😳😳😬😬☠️☠️🤯🤯
Despite the tough win, the officials were horrible! Too many late bad calls! This is the area the NBA should really fix. Bad officials MUST GO!
I think the refs were pretty much a little off but they didn't hurt either team more than the other. They called some on the other team that just kind of looked a little bit funny too. That last one against through so I knew was not a foul but that's the only one I would really have a problem with.
I'd blame the lack of energy on most of the fans standing outside in the cold, slowed down through check in because of handing out the Bobbleheads. I Loved the stuff for Nick, but Bobbleheads holding at least a 3rd of your fans out in sub freezing temperatures 15 minutes before tipoff is really not setting your crowd up to be super electric at the start.
Sports teams need to get the promotions away from security and ticket scanning! They all do it wrong and ruin their own home advantage. I come to the games that fit my schedule not because of what they are handing out. Let me come get it later, or whatever. It choked the whole crowd.
BING BONG
According to my research, with tonights win, the Cavs become the first team in NBA history to have 3 win streaks of 10+ games in a single season. So far there have been 4 such streaks this season, and 3 of them have been by Cleveland.
Crowd was fantastic tonight
You're not going to win every game by 30 to 40 points. You need to win the ugly ones if you're going to make a deep run in the playoffs.
UVA!!!
Mikey, you are the new face of Cleveland Sports! I would like to see you try to get on a local station as the Sports Director/Sportscaster. You have a fresh approach and you are super talented. You should have Jay Crawford hook you up with his agent. Cleveland misses Jimmy Donovan, you could be "The Guy"…
That’s about enough of Sam Merrill tossing up 3pt bricks repeatedly.
70 total free throws, no more 2 female refs teams
Jarrett Is definitely hurt he been bad since injuring hand
What's really crazy is we are learning Hunter still!
This was a great win tonight, the team seemed out of sync the whole game until this final 20 minutes. Hopefully Garland doesn't let his rough game rest on him too much
I was joking with a friend of mine saying at halftime. Well, no free fries at McDonald's tomorrow, lol. This team is amazing, especially after Fridays win in Boston, down early and winning? Then today, we were down by 18 with about 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and winning? And BTW, no Donavan Michell? Just an amazing team
