Sorry if I’m late to the conversation, but Wes, don’t you think that sometimes our wonderful brilliant coach often overthinks when it comes to his rotation. Don’t you sometimes just have to ride the horses you have. I feel like he’s over tinkering a little bit.
Man, KD is never going to be happy. That guy won 2 chips, 2 finals MVPs, and was sad that people were bigger fans of Steph.
We aren’t going to be the ones that offer him what he’s looking for, no one will, and he’s going to burn us on his way out like he’s done to literally everyone he’s played for.
What’s are you thinking wanting this guy on your team?

There gona want Ware and picks to start NO! He'll be 37 and trading for a small window with a older player makes no sense keep building young and jump on a guy like Ant Edwards when that comes available
KD is one of my all time favorite players in the NBA, but he had a chance to change the narrative around his legacy during the 2019 offseason as a free agent.
He could've join the Heat along with JB instead of joining the Nets with Kyrie.
The Heat don't have to chase around an aging player who has a lot of baggage and quirks like him.
Plus, he is a injury away from missing the whole season the older he gets, so for me, he's a huge pass for me.
I doubt KD will end up here.

KD is looking for a soft spot and a big bag 💰 to end his career.

Mitchell, Herro, KD, Bam, and Ware is a top 4 team in the East that's not good enough to win a championship with all things being equal in comparison to their top competitors
But….is good enough to be able to take advantage of any good breaks that could come their way (injuries to other teams) in the playoffs and have a legitimate shot to make a deep run
Watching KD play basketball at ages 36-39 is more exciting to me than watching Jovic, Jamie's development over the next few seasons.
I think Miami does have the avenue to pursue KD with their contracts. A package of Wiggins, D.Robinson, and Kyle Anderson gets you near the money mark. Throw in 1-2 firsts, and maybe a young interesting talent, and that would be a decent offer for the Suns, plus Miami would still have enough talent around KD, Herro and Bam.
I think the ship has sailed with KD. The Heat should just stick to the direction they're headed in with a young core. Bringing KD is going back to the same spot they were with Butler: different timeliness that prevents the team from having clarity and direction.
Kd barely available he’s injured prone
Durant will be 37 before the start of next season. He might be good for someone who is already extremely close to a title. We are not that team. This team is in no position to blow picks and young talent on a player his age. If they make that move. I will not follow this team until they have a change in management and ownership. I've been a fan for 35 years, but I can't support an incompetent organization.

Can we please stop pushing KD to the heat? Brooklyn & Phoenix are cautionary tales. The KD-to-Heat ship has sailed. If it was going to happen it should've been after Golden state. This narrative sounds awful and it's getting tiring.

We’re gona get KD this summer and that’s going to open the door for AE to come to Miami the following summer. BOOK IT
Clippers, Phoenix, Brooklyn… these should be the cautionary tales that remind people that you should not give up the farm for stars/superstars that leave you with a stressful path forward. If the price is right and the front office and the player are on the same page, then you can make a trade that doesn't tank your franchise at the end of an era. We'll see what shakes up in the next 2 seasons. The Heat have to retool. We have young, great rising stars on the team. We would have to lose some to make this kind of trade.
No skipping steps. This team will not be great for a couple of years and that's fine. Hard pass on trading basically every young upside player for KD who will be 37 this yr why? To be mid? To be "Suns East". No thanks.
