You force a 33 year-old to carry your team offensively (38-40 mpg) and he's eventually going to either have health concerns or get an injury. That just sucked to watch. But it's crazy to try to split that double. This whole season has been guys pushing themselves too hard trying to compensate for other people being out. Lively got hurt trying too hard to block a shot, AD got hurt trying to come back too early, Gaff's was just a complete fluke (but a very similar injury with the knee going back), and now Kyrie. Too horrible for words. How classy for him to shoot the freethrows in case he could come back (very Kobe-esque) and good for the Kings trying to give him time to get off the court instead of pushing the advantage. I know it's bad but I still hope somehow it isn't. Freaking love that guy…..
