Alex Caruso Compares This Thunder Team And His Lakers Title Team

On this week’s episode of ‘The Young Man and the Three’ we welcome Alex Caruso of the Oklahoma City Thunder. In this clip, Alex talks about how young the Thunder are (Chet Holmgren, Jalen Williams, Cason Wallace, etc.), how they are only going to continue to get better, and how having such a young team compares to the Los Angeles Lakers (LeBron James) team that he won a championship with.

  1. Oh Caruso As A Lakers Fan We Love And Miss You But DK4 And AR-15 Are Way Better Than You ❤. OKC KFC UFC LAKERS IN FOUR 💜💛🏆💍😈🦍

  2. “His” Lakers Title Team as if he wasn’t a role player. Lol. Nobody is scared of this OKC team. Teams are hoping for that weak matchup. Talked about the Lakers for 5 seconds and put them in title. Dog 💩💩💩 pod.

  3. As a bulls fan I loved AC so much. He made the previous seasons still entertaining to watch. I wish we would’ve gotten more or something of value for him but the bulls front office is the worst in the league, but I’ll digress now. I would agree with ACs point if I felt that SGA was anywhere near impactful as 2020 LeBron. This SGA season reminds me a lot of one of James Hardens. Now SGA is a much better defender but offensively the production is very similar. The way in which they score is different, but the production is very similar and they both rely on a TON of FTs. In the postseason that whistle isn’t the same and it’s a lot tougher to drop 40 on teams every night. I’m very interested in watching them in the playoffs to see what it looks like and if they’re actually for real. I think the Thunder are a really good team but they’re another 1-2yrs of development or a KD away from being the favorite to win the finals in my opinion. I would take Boston, Denver, LA, and GSW over OKC this year. All those teams have multiple stars and are led by multiple guys with championship experience.

  4. Caruso right man, Wiggins, Joe, Wallace need to be kept they all gone be great. Along with Chet, sga not even 30 yet, I see them winning a few rings

  5. Another Bulls fan here, and we say what I'm sure the Thunder know: Alex is the ultimate good news player. He plays both ends, and isn't selfish. When you combine that with his clear smarts, you have a player that is rare in the league.

  6. One, I don’t think OKC is gonna win the championship because I’m a Seattle supersonic fan and they don’t deserve it. Two, I think they’re too inexperienced. I don’t think they know what it takes to win a championship. Look at the Lakers right now they’re buzzing, they’re on a roll, they’re clicking, their defense is amazing, and LeBron James still says they’re not a championship team yet.. that they still have things to work out. My point is that the man who’s been to 10 finals knows exactly what it takes and what it doesn’t take. Luka Dončić just recently went to the finals and understands how to win in a modern championship run. Most of the guys that are on the Lakers team have been to playoff run such as 2023 W. conference match up.. I think they are more battle tested. I don’t think the OKC have been out of the first round

  7. Gonna be a shame when Steph or Joker stomp them out in 5 come the 2nd round.

If not LeBron will take little enjoyment in violating his old favorite white boy…

  8. Alex is a good player but this guy is never able to play. He's always injured rarely play enough games for the Bulls and it's been the same with the Thunder.
