Spo doesn't understand how fans feel. He just feels like his job is well secure. He's causing this Heat team being smashed and ashamed. We're not a bad team, but Spo is causing the just the opposite.

Heās falling off as a coach sadly needs to adapt to the new nba aka scoring nba we canāt hold leads cause def doesnāt win games anymore the Off has gotten too good but Spo is stuck and for some reason loves Terrys side stepping wide open 3 š§± he needs to chalk the season and play the young guys and 2 way players and develop them and give them a shot highsmith and these same old role players are never going to be good enough to win games so whatās the point even with herro who fell off a cliff after he got his prize of all star itās no where near good enough.
I've defended Rozier in the past, but I'm now drinking the Kool aid. I just saw him play the worst game of the season and Spo leaves him in?!?!?! Wtf?!?!?
Agree Spo has fucked us with 2nd half rotations. He leaves certain rotations in too long and allows opponents to get in to a rhythm. Pull the plug quicker and get our main guys back in. Idc about minutes. Spo needs to lean in on Thibs ways a little more. Almost feel he is slightly tanking cause hes too smart to make these blatant mistakes.
Not too much on coach, I know how bad these other coaches are and Iāll take these bumps and bruises. If players can have a down year/struggle. Iāll give spo that pass considering the jimmy drama and headaches he had to deal with this season.
Spo got lucky with Bron and the big 3 other then that Spo aināt did nothing, both finals run with Butler he choked on his rotation and this yr heās been getting exposed game after game. Bad coaching, poor decision making, not using the right line up just all around poor job. Not to mention how Pat handle the Butler situation they both need to step down
As a coach if you see a player making bad decisions you have to pull him to many turnovers Phill Jackson did not care if you was Scottie Pippen if he makes to many turnovers heās going to the bench Spo stop leaving players in who make too many mistakes play the rookies ya season is going down the drain. I HATE seeing Terry on the floor for 40 min (complete insanity). But, Spo kept it close against CLE and gave MIA a chance with a weird roster.
