Something is off. Spo is not a bad coach but I smell something stinky happening and I blame Pat.
My one word to describe Spo this season is: GARBAGE
Not gonna lie, you have overexpectations for Miami. We have no true player that can just turn on and dominate. He has little to work with. Spo is not the issue. Herro was not the issue. You need to stop trying these narratives. Rozier is an issue. Injuries are an issue, so maybe we look at the training coordinators. We either need to tank and get a good spot at a draft, or keep expecting to win and not gather talent. As much as it hurts, this team is not a contending team. Stop expecting them to beat contending teams.

The talk has always been how the heat culture is so great w how conditioned the players are but something is very wrong. The constant injuries for years now just isn't right.
If this was any another coach that had so many blown leads they'd be fired.
Terry rozier is not a pure shooter he has to take side step before he shoots.

Spo having the audacity to DNP Ware, Jovic, Duncan, Highsmith, & Pelle all throughout the season and then turn around and do everything for Rozier is inexcusable.
He made him a starter, Rozier sucked. He let him come off the bench but made him a closer, he sucked. He still forces him into 25-40 minutes a game & Rozier still sucks.
