  1. Speak it! The flagship comp only talk bout Lol Lakers ECT

Even when My Nuggets won ..best player in work bar none . Not much

  2. We just won by one. Good game, Hornets. I like the resilience of my squad. I want the Cavs to fly under that media radar.

  3. Great that Chuck called them out. Tony Kornheiser on PTI tried to defend their ludicrous coverage of the NBA or lack thereof today. Last year did it for me as a casual fan by the end of the year OKC were one of the best teams and Anthony Edwards one of the best players and I’d never seen either on national TV. Got Gamepass to watch the Cavs and it’s been such a joy watching a team I’m invested in instead of washed up players in big markets.

  4. As a Bucks fan, I’ve always loved Chuck for being real. Yes he says a bunch of dumb stuff, but he’s honestly an amazing analyst when he’s serious. These “small” market teams can also grab millions of fans if they have the chance to be good. I’m enjoying the present and I got my chip in ‘21, but I want teams like Memphis, Indy, Charlotte, Utah, Orlando to succeed. Yes, I do realize some of those team are bad just bc of their front office not bc they are small market

  5. New acronym, name brand association lol. Charles is portrayed as the dummy, but he really makes a lot of great points. Love him even more for this

  6. You said it better than I ever could. Man reading that comment section under that video made me think of the NFL too and how much better they do at not 'throwing out' the majority of their league if a team is doing good, simply because they're in small markets. Not perfect but way better than the NBA coverage. People in the comments acting like LA should be guaranteed a final spot every year because 'it's just better business'.

That being said it doesn't really bother me they don't talk about or make up drama with the Cavs 24/7. Cavs this year are like the antithesis of what they want a team to be.

  7. Chuck is right. This is why the league had a slump after Jordan retired. They boosted him up (rightfully so) but when he retired they didn't know what to do.

LeBron and Steph are going to retire one day. What are they going to do?

  8. Excellent commentary, as usual. Especially about the way NBA coverage is so focused on the major markets while NFL coverage is driven by quality.

The same media mindset applies to MLB coverage.

  9. Chuck is right. Last year, my Celtics were on pace to win like 70 games just like Cleveland this year, and they weren't talked about nearly as much as if like the Lakers were that good. I'm no fan of Cleveland, but they're winning enough to be talked about more than just "Mitchell is good and Mobley is a rising star." If I didn't know any better and going just on why gets talked about, I would assume the Cavs are like a .500 team.

  10. This is how Lebron felt when stars didn't want to come here during those free agency cavs is a franchise been around ever since and still fighting for relevancy among the elite franchise yall are a small franchise stay in yall place 😅 Cleveland this is for you will always be yall peak

  11. It's called mainstream sports media. They try to make you believe what they think is best. Thank God for media like yours to tell us the whole truth!

  12. Football is king because Kansas City, Green Bay, or Buffalo get coverage if they win. In the NBA they love the Celtics, Knicks, Heat, Bulls, Lakers or Warriors.

  13. Why talk about the cavs like they’re that team? Wow one great season and mush mouth starts crying about what others should be talking about, I’m sorry but one great season out how many Garland and Mitchell have been playing together isn’t worth watching unless you’re a fan. I can the understand Okc take but the cavs aren’t some team that needs more coverage because of ONE great season. 4th place the last two seasons and yet no one cares now it’s an issue because they’re record is better?! L and glazing such a bad take says more about the followers behind it. Talk about great basketball and it’s players but don’t be a hypocrite like uncle Chuckus and start nitpicking about what needs to be covered

  14. Chuck could not name 5 players from OKC or the Cavs with a gun to his head 😂😂 the dude has probably never watched a full basketball game in his life. Not even when he played. He is the worst messenger for this. And how is OKC a better story than the Pistons or Rockets?

  15. The Cavs were the first sports team I ever loved back in the early 90s with Mark Price and Co. So I’m obviously very hopeful for this season, but I do understand that this team still needs to prove themselves in the playoffs. So it really doesn’t bother me that people haven’t crowned them as “for real” or whatever. What is really pissing me off is that we are in the middle of our THIRD 12+ game win streak this season, while the Lakers win eight games one time and 1/2 the talking heads are predicting them to win it all. I CAN NOT wait to laugh and laugh when these Lakers are bounced 6 games into the playoffs…

  16. We still love basketball but we saw up close what happened to football.we can feel the elevator going down but just not as fast as football.if it was not true there wouldn't be all these talks

  17. If you think this is good basketball then you are delusional!! Bunch of woke idiots!! Hey LeBronda, who's your Diddy?
